Ripple Motions ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency for coaches, course creators, and community owners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit ripplemotions.com (the "Site"), book a call with us, work with us as a client, or use our tools — including our Ripple Reply app (see Section 6).

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. We choose reputable providers, and we only share personal information with them when it's necessary to operate the Site or deliver our services.
Ripple Reply ("the App") is our customer-support response tool for service businesses that receive enquiries through Instagram direct messages. It helps a business answer questions from people who message the business's own Instagram professional account, including routing longer issues to a human agent. This section explains what data the App processes, why, how it's secured, and how it can be deleted. It applies to all data accessed through the Instagram API with Instagram Login.
6.1 What data the App accesses. When a business connects its Instagram professional account and grants consent, the App accesses, through Meta's Instagram API:
We do not request, collect, or store passwords, payment information, contacts, location, or any data unrelated to answering the business's customer enquiries.
6.2 How the App uses the data. The App receives enquiries via a secure Meta webhook; helps the business send a relevant answer through the Instagram API; and hands the conversation off to a human agent when needed. We never sell, rent, or share customer message or profile data with any third party.
6.3 Storage & security. Enquiry text and context are stored only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, in access-controlled storage. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are scoped to the single connected account. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Conversation data is retained for no more than 90 days.
6.4 Data deletion & retention. A business can disconnect the App at any time from its Instagram settings (Settings → Apps and Websites), which revokes the App's access. To request deletion of stored data, use our Data Deletion page or email us at ryan@ripplemotions.com from the address associated with your business, including the connected account's username. On a verified request, we delete all stored messages, conversation context, and access tokens within 30 days.
We only share personal information:
We keep personal information only as long as we need it — to respond to you, deliver services under an active engagement, or meet legal and accounting requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete it. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 10).
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

The service providers we use may store and process data on servers in other countries, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those services.
The Site is intended for business owners and creators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site links to third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Skool). Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here, so check back occasionally.
