A coach with a real story
Joseph's work starts with his own life. He manifested his wife back twice. The first time came from neediness, affirmations and desperation. They got back together, and she left again.
The second time came from a different place. Not "I need her," but "we make each other's lives better." That time it lasted. Now he helps other people with their relationships and, more than anything, helps them see their own patterns.
I'll be honest, I didn't believe much in manifesting when we started. But the idea holds up even if you're not spiritual: what you focus on is what you get more of. Working with Joseph changed my mind a little.
Stuck, and he knew it
When we met, Joseph had a few thousand TikTok followers, a small YouTube channel and about 200 followers on Instagram. He'd been posting for a while, then stopped. He wasn't seeing anything come back, so the motivation went.
He also shared a paid community with a business partner who had less and less time for it. Joseph wanted to grow. He could see the potential. He just couldn't get moving.
How we met
I actually reached out to his business partner first, with some free ideas for their community. A few months later he came back to me: they were thinking about how to grow, and Josh and I had come to mind.
On that first call I told them not to run paid ads yet. Start with organic content and feed it into the community. After the call they talked it over and decided to work with us.
Not long after, Joseph decided to go on without the partnership. He started a brand-new community from scratch with us. Zero members, zero revenue.
The plan: fuel, then a funnel
The first problem was simple. No content, no views, nothing to build on. So we started there, and built the funnel as the audience grew.
The bigger call came later. The community was growing fast, but most people stayed on the free tier. Joining a room full of strangers is a big ask. Joseph wanted to put his time where it paid off most, and I agreed. We shifted the focus to one high-ticket coaching offer, where a single sale was worth more than months of community fees.
What we built
There was never a fixed project. Whatever Joseph needed to reach the next level, Josh and I built. As he grew, new problems showed up, and we solved those next.
- A content engine. Scripts, clips from his live Q&A calls, editing, posting two to three times a day, and tracking what worked.
- A paid community from zero, with a rewritten sales page that turned about 1 in 5 visitors into members.
- A coaching funnel built around one high-ticket offer.
- DM systems that let him handle hundreds of conversations a day without living on his phone.
- Email sequences rewritten until they sounded like him.
- 25+ carousels, lead magnets and the graphics around his offer.

The paid community we started with Joseph from zero. 1.3K members today.
TikTok, Dec to early March: 5,247 new followers, up 520% on the period before.
Coding Joseph's DM bot on a camping trip. Yes, that's snow. Leads don't take weekends off!
2.7M TikTok views in 28 days.
Joseph's Instagram today: 93.3K followers, on the formats we found together.
What working together looked like
We talked like friends, not vendor and client. I'd tell him about my family and he'd tell me about his. If something wasn't working, we said so, on both sides. Nothing was too touchy to bring up.
That honesty is what let us move fast. I got to watch him grow his following, and I got to watch him grow as a person. He kept setting bigger goals and hitting them.

What didn't work, and what we changed
A lot of what we tried didn't work the first time. That's the point of testing.
When it clicked
His community sales page went from almost no visits to over 100 a day. With 20.2% of visitors joining, up from 5.9%, that meant 20 or more new members every single day. That's when I knew it was working.
The first coaching sale came soon after we set up the funnel. Then more. Joseph kept getting better on sales calls. Members started posting their own wins in the community. It became a real fan base, not just a number.
3× coaching revenue. Instagram went from about 200 to 15K+ followers while we worked together, and TikTok hit 2.7M views in 28 days.
The bigger change was his life. He went from frustrated and stuck to a real business with a team he trusts. He's no longer in his DMs all day. He has time with his family.
Where it stands now
In June, Joseph took everything in-house with his own tech person. The systems were built and running, and he knew what worked on content. There wasn't much left for us to build, and that was always the goal.
Since then he's passed 90,000 Instagram followers, using variations of the formats we found together in March and April. I'm proud of where he's gone.
